Coming Squall

The ugly side of beautiful
The gods were sobbing over the water.
Beautifully open, windy, and violent.
Poseidon, supporting the waves.
Nothing can withstand the power,
Not even the sails amongst it.
Nature at it ugliest

    Nature shows its destructive power and fearsomeness. I like the reference to Poseidon in your poem. The descriptions of the art piece are also clear in your poem. This topic fits well with the Ekphrastic Poem style we did!
